Terms & Conditions for Online Classes
1. Admission & Fees
All students must pay the full course fee in advance or as per the agreed plan. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Class Schedule
Classes will be conducted as per the fixed timetable. Any changes will be informed in advance via WhatsApp or email.
3. Attendance
Students are expected to attend all classes regularly. No extra class will be provided for missed sessions unless decided by the instructor.
4. Study Material
All notes, PDFs, and study materials provided are for personal use only. Sharing or distributing them without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Online Conduct
Students must maintain discipline during online classes. Misbehavior, abusive language, or disturbance may lead to removal from the class without refund.
6. Technical Issues
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and device. The institute is not responsible for technical problems on the student’s side.
7. Recording of Classes
Classes may be recorded for quality and revision purposes. Students are not allowed to record or share class content without permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Student information (name, contact details, etc.) will be kept confidential and used only for educational purposes.
9. Course Changes
The institute reserves the right to modify course content, timing, or faculty if required.
10. Agreement
By enrolling in the course, the student agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
